Thank you for choosing Pure Essence! We apologize that you were not satisfied with your purchase. You may request to make a return or exchange for any unused item within 21 days.

Go to any UPS store to ship your purchase. Once your return arrives you will see a confirmation by email. If the items are not used or damaged, you will receive your refund for the purchase amount to your form of payment when the institution releases your funds. Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges only.
